Show WiFi icon in the taskbar ONLY when there is "internet access"?

Is there a way to show the WiFi icon in the taskbar ONLY when there is "internet access"? You see, sometimes Im at work or in a public place and my iPhone connects to those networks but I dont really have internet access, im just connected to their networks. Thinking that I have internet access but Im actually Im using data minutes. The same happens to my wife. She sees the WiFi icon in the taskbar and thinks that she has internet but in reality she is using data/minutes. Is there a tweak in Cydia to acomplish this? I will appreciate if you guys can help me with this. Thanks
