Setting up microsoft exchange

Im setting up my exchange account on my phone for work and its asking for the domain, user name, and server. Its Exchange 2010 so if anyone can walk me thorugh how to find these things and how to set it up that would be great!

You should be asking your IT department for this info. That is what they are there for.
