Setting up icloud iphone 3gs

So there is absolutely no way possible to get icloud on my phone that has 4.3.3 I can't update past that cause my carrier wouldnt work then. I go through a small company called Duet

yeah, iCloud is only available on iOS 5+ . Question: why will your carrier stop working after you upgrade to the most recent available iOS?

I'm not quite sure that's wAt I was told I had tried it once a i had to get a new iPhone cause it fried it or something. I dunno where they get their phones but they give them to us already jail broken wit their settings in it

haa i see. If so then don't dare upgrading the iOS. In case your company want employes to have access to iCloud, they will inform you and direct you on how to do so.
