Serious/major Cydia problem ..

Hi guys!

A couple of days ago i received this error when i started up Cydia:

It says that I have "Exceeded the number of sources" etc etc, but the thing is i havent even touched my sources for ages? All of a sudden this error pops up and i have never had any problems with cydia berfore?

Please help, i have looked up everwhere, on Google everywhere on the net but i could't find any type of help anywhere

IF its hard to read it says the following:

"Wow, you exceeded the number of package names this APT is capable of."
"Problem with MergeList
/var/lib/apt/lists/idwaneo.org_repo_._Packages"
"The package lists or status file could not be parsed of opened"
