iPhone 4s problem!

I have a iPhone 4s firmware 5.0.1, 1.0.13, I jailbroke my phone and started having problems with cydia crashing every time I tried to download a source or tweek so I started taking things off, deleting them and accidentally deleting something that deleted cydia app off and all apps and tweeks off of phone now my iPhone is still jailbroke without cydia, is there anything I can do to get cydia back? I tried to update to 5.1 it keep saying error OTA and tried to restore and update with iTunes won't work my computer keep saying can't connect to apple server when connect to Internet all ready, saved SSH with TU that's all that will let me do. I need help!!!! I have windows 7 premium if that helps!

Sounds like you may have to put your phone into DFU mode then do a restore.
