Saving attachments from emails

How do I save pictures on my phone that I get in emails (4S).. I have been able to open the attachment (photo) and highlighted and copied it, but won't let me past in my photo album.

If you touch the picture it will open up to a larger image, then down the bottom of the image there is an options button (a square with an arrow in it) touch that and it will give you the option to 'save image'. Tap that and it will save it to your camera roll.
