Safari not working

I guys I just jailbroke my iPhone on red snow semi tethered all cydia and my tweaks are working apart safari. I have booted my phone 3times. When I press on safari it just goes off really quick

Do you have a app called safari download manager installed? If so uninstall that or anything that has to do with safari. Respring and see what happens.

No I have not got many apps at all none to do with safari?? Cheers mate

Safari doesn't work in a semi-tethered state, you need to boot tethered if you want Safari to work.
