Safari download manager for ios5?

Nope, sorry, it's still not compatible with iOS 5.0 as of today.

That tweak is unneeded any way. I use App store apps to download files... Even deb files, and install them with iFile. You do not need a jailbreak tweak to do that.

Tho.....it is nicer.lol

There areole a billion of them. Rite now I'm using Downloader Pro. But they all pretty much do the same thing, and aw really slow, and generally not that great to use, (App Store apps for ya) but they work.

Try "SafariDownPlugin" from Cydia

what does this tweak do? allow the download of any file right from safari? Anyway i will have a look at this tweak soon enough in cydia as i also miss the safari download manager in my iOS 5

You don't need safari download manager anymore. iFile has this built-in now, just install iFile and then when you download something in Safari you can click "open in iFile" in order to install it, move it or whatever else you want to do.
