Safari Connection

I have had some Safari connection problems using my cell phone service to get an internet connection. As you can see from the photo below, I can have service and still can't get a connection with Safari. Is this an issue with my service or a problem with my particular phone?

I see you have AT&T. My guess is it's a service issue. AT&T is famous for that.

Try downloading Googles Chrome browser and see if you still have issues. It's in the App Store.

You don't seem to have wi fi or 3G turned on so you won't get any data
