Restore to Factory Settings

My 4 is currently JB with OS5.0.1 using 0.9.10b3 in early December. I need remove jailbreak and get "back to stock".

The laptop I used to do so has crashed and I'm lost as to where to go and what to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to restore with iTunes the only way you can remove the jailbreak if your computer is broke use a friends computer to restore

So do I just restore to factory settings with the latest version of iTunes and then just load the back-up that I did this morning?

Yes if you do a restore via iTunes it will restore and update your phone if iOS on device is lower than current release then after the restore is complete restore from back-up made earlier

Yes, the OS on the phone right now is 5.0.1. Using my wife's laptop, it downloads the latest OS before restoring. I'm guessing that's OK?

Yes that's fine let it run it's course
