Reinstalling Gamecenter...

About 5months ago I jailbroke my phone, downloaded ifile off of the cydia network, and was cleaning up stock apps i felt that i didn't need, i.e. stocks, gamecenter...

Now I want to reinstall gamecenter without having to restore and re-jailbreak my iphone.

suggestions?
