recover a deleted video on the iphone 4 (16gb)

Yesterday I accidentely deleted a movie while I was cleaning my screen. I just made this movie and didn't connect my iPhone to my computer yet (no backup). What can I do to get it back? Is it possible?

I'm sorry, but since you have no backup, there is no way for you to recover your deleted video. iOS devices do not have the PC equivalent of a trash bin, where you can go to recover recently deleted items. When the item is deleted, it's gone.
