Recover deleted iphone 4 video

Can anyone advise a step-by-step process to recover a video accidentally deleted from iphone 4 before it was saved or phone synched with computer please?

Unless you backed it up with iTunes (or another app specifically for backing up like iBye) then you can't, unfortunately there is no where to restore it from.

Can't be retrieved as a user. Even with professional utilities, it's difficult to recover the file.
