Problems with in app purhases

Hey everyone,I'm having a problem purchasing things in apps,it's all of my apps as well so I looked at all my settings and there everything says it's enabled for in app purchasing but yet no matter which app I try,I can't do it!!
Does anyone have any suggestions for me???

What do u mean "u can't do it?" you cannot download it? Or the download start but with error message?

In some apps,it says it loading or connecting but then comes up with the message oops the transaction failed or cannot connect to iTunes or unable to process transaction,just depends on which app I'm trying to purchase thru!

Then just review your billing information. Maybe they are not correct. Do u have the same issue when downloading a free app? NO??? so it's your billing information, maybe your card is expired?

I checked as you suggested and my billing info in up to date and accurate. I have this problem in all apps free or not.
