I am just asking everyone do you know how to software update in iPhone.please give me the answer.

Software updates can be performed via iTunes.... and depending on what iOS version you're currently on you can update OTA "Over The Air" when connected to WiFi. Just be sure that you're not relying on a specific iOS version for your iDevice to be unlocked.
