Problem saving e-mail pictures

Hi guys. For some reason I'm unable to save pictures from within e-mails....??

I used to be able to, saved 3 in fact, then all of a sudden it just stopped doing it.

It gives me the option to save the image and when I go into the Photos app it says updating library, but when it's completed, there is no new pictures there [or the one I just asked the phone to save from an e-mail]...

Any help would be gratefully appreciated guys....

I can still take pictures with the camera and save pictures from the Internet/Safari.

How long have you been haing the issue? Maybe a simple on and off of the phone might bring them into the photos folder

Or make a hard reset. The hard reset cure those strange problems.

Had the problem since shortly before creating the thread back in April. Still persistent.

Which option would I use for the hard reset? Just the top one "Reset All Settings"?
