picture folders /how do i ?

when i plug into the computer to do anything with my pictures theres like a dozen folders and i have to open each one to see what picture is in each folder and its just tiresome .
is there a way to get all pictures in one folder?
so when i go in there on my pc i can just open 1 folder and all my pictures be there?
