Are you talking about iMessages or SMS text messages? Some cellular carriers charge extra to send picture texts.

Make sure MMS Messaging is enabled in Settings - Messages - SMS/MMS. Disable "Show Subject Field".

You might also try Reset Network Settings
Reset Network Settings Settings>General>Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings. You may need to enter your wifi passcode back in afterwards.
That sometimes works for images not sending.

The chat message or the PM? The option is there for me, but haven't tried. What are you seeing?

OK. Photo Sharing has been disabled in this forum. The PM only offers that. It doesn't work. There's no option to use the paper clip. You can use the chat message. It offers the paper clip.View attachment 30030

Not sure what's going on with photo sharing here, but it's messed up. Both in TapaTalk and the forum app.
