Photo Size Transfer Question...

Dear Folks,

I transferred photos and videos from my iPhone 4S to my home computer running on Windows 7 Professional. The photos transferred in a very small size (320 x 240, 96 DPI). Can I transfer photos that are much larger in size? Did I miss some query during the transfer process regarding resolution or image size? I need to transfer the files in the largest size possible. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to all who respond.

Based on your description, it would seem you transferred the thumbnail directory not the photo directory. I would recommend hooking the phone back up and look thru every directory available.
