Phone silencer/timeriffic equivalent

On droid I had an app called timeriffic and I could set my phone to be silent or vibrate during certain hours. Is there anything like this for iPhone?

If not can I at least set it to only vibrate for calls and not texts or other alerts. Right now when I turn on the vibrate feature it buzzes for a bunch of stuff.

Timeriffic was great. I have not found anything equivalent for the iPhone. I just use that little switch a lot.

I am looking for exactly this. My problem is that after the meeting I forget to turn the ringer back on. A different app that would at least help would be one that starts
Vibrating again and again if the ringer has not been turned back in after a set time.
