Paint in speaker and headphone jack

Hey guys i recently purchased my iphone 5 and just today i was painting with acrylic and laid my phone on the side of my table and spilled orange paint on the speakers and headphone jack i managed to get it out of the headphone jack and it works ! But i tried to clean the speakers with a wipe and the speakers spund horrible. Any idea pr siggestions as to what i should do ?

How about a q tip? Or very carefully with a toothpick?
