"paid" apps being deleted when sync

So I "paid" for some apps with the method that shall not be mentioned. I synced my phone and all of those "special" apps were removed.

Is there a workaround for that?? I would like to be able to sync without them disappearing each time.

I have no idea what you mean.

Are the apps from app store or Cydia?
