Syncing a paid app (which I didn't pay for) from iphone to itunes

I synced all my paid apps from iphone into itunes except Shazam - an app my friend installed on my device from his itunes account. Is there a way to transfer it into itunes from my phone? I synced all my other apps by clicking 'Transfer Purchases".

Also, how to download a paid game I accidentally deleted?

If you've paid for it you can download it again for free providing you use the same iTunes account...
