Notification Issues

Hello! I am not receiving any sound alerts for Facebook and Instagram, is there a fix for this? In settings, it shows my sound is on. Should I take the phone back to best buy since I'm still under my 2 week exchange period? I still wold want the iPhone 5. Any help would be appreciated 😄

U arenot geting the alerts in notification center aswell??? Did u check all the settings under sounds and notification???

Notifications center? As pulling down the bar thingy? Lol. Yes I do just no sound

Go to settings>notification

Scroll down to facebook , open it, push it to off and then again on. Scroll down a bit to find a sound setting to on.
