No Internet connection after downgrade

So I was able to downgrade my phone last night from 4.3.5 to 4.3.3 using Redsnow rc19. But after the jailbreak I have no internet connection. It has full bars and 3G but can't access any network apps or internet. I have already tried resetting network settings, but for some reason everything works on WIFI. Please help!!! I can receive and make phone calls and text messages.

Check your system32 files look for errors

Have you checked your APN settings? These can be found through settings> general> network> cellular data network. Depending who your carrier is and if your on contract or pay as you go determines what these settings should be. If you have a quick google search you should have no problem finding them.

I'm a little bit confused by your post. You said you downgraded using Redsn0w which is not possible.....
