No audio notifications for new tweets?

I haven't seen this yet but I apologize if it's here and I missed it someplace...

Anyway, running ios 8.0.2 on my 4S and the issue has been prevalent so I'm guessing I'm just missing a setting somewhere.

I have it set to "tweet" when I get a new Twitter notification but it never does that. Is there a setting withing the Twitter app that may be causing a conflict?

Any help would be appreciated...
