Newbie saying hello!

HI. Just got an Iphone 4s and just learning it now. No problems except it came without the earplugs and USB. The wall plug was there in it's place all by itself, but I got that issue resolved. That had never happened before. Have that ever happened to anyone here? It's running 6.1.3 and that is just fine with me cause I don't want ios problems. I get the update and just ignore it.
