newbie question-HISTORY

Hi all, my son has an i phone 5c, i want to know how i can check all the things hes been on and at what time.
I Think my son maybe getting into things he shouldnt but would like to know how i can see on a history somewhere whose hes contacted,contacts hes called,e mails etc.
Your help would be appreciated...worried Dad
