new phone under warranty

got my phone yesterday,lost all music and tones,my itunes says didnt recognize my phone , anyway thats gone............ now my ringtones wont work,it keeps going to miramba ( default) it says even though i chk my personnal ringtone,any idea

You lost your data because you didn't authorize the PC for use with the new phone by logging in with the same Apple ID of your old data and restoring the backup that you made.
