Ringtone gone after update to 5.1

Updated my 4S yesterday and now my 2 ringtones are no longer there. They show up in iTunes under the ringtones but no matter what they won't reinstall to the phone. I have turned off syncing tones, then turned them back on resynced but no luck. Any ideas?

Click iTunes from your idevice then click purchased - tones - download the ones you want

All I could find was one song I bought. I had two tones I bought but neither show up except if I want to repurchase them which I don't. Any other ideas?

Strange all purchased items should show up here if it's asking you to buy that one again I'd contact iTunes support and explain to them you purchased but it's not in your purchased section on your account.
