New iphone 4s ..now what ?

Hi, I have been a droid user for a few years and as of today I have a iphone 4s.
So what do I need to know ? Any apps I should have ?

Since there is no taskkiller I would guess I dont need one for the battery life to last ?

Android ~ IOS
1) Launcher:
Go Launcher, Apex..etc ~ Winterboard, Dreamboard.
2) Explorer:
Root explorer ~ iFile
3) Back up:
Titanium, Cloud ~ iCloud
...lots more to play.
Activator, Keyboards, Speed intensifier, Tweaks...etc you can get from Cydia.

On PC
1) Droid Explorer ~ iExplorer, Disk Aid
2) Itunes alternative: Copy Trans Manager
...lots of more.

No task killer required. Battery life depend on your usage.

For sleep mode: No worry of deep sleep bugs.
