I don't have pack 3. we are on vista, I have compatibility service pack 1, 2 and 4. will those work? I also have windows 95, 98, 2000 compatibility modes.

If your phone is a factory unlocked one, else you will have to unlock it using ultrasnow from cydia if you are on the right Baseband, if not then you will have to look for the Gevey ultra sim.

This will work for any device running 4.3.5, jailbreaking is not contingent on your baseband version.
