I'm trying to update the software on my iPhone 4 but after a few minutes I get the error message
'There was a problem downloading the software for iPhone Elizabeth's phone. The network connection timed out'
'Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later'.
I get this all the time, even though I'm still connected to the internet.
