Need help with a lost link

Hey Everyone,

I upgraded the iOS on my 3GS (Say that three times fast.) and I was looking to grab the latest version of redsn0w to set up a jailbreak, but I can't find the damn link for the devgroup so I can download it. Can anyone tell me where I can find it? BTW what kind of landmines am I going to have to be careful of when using it once it's installed? Thanx.
