My mail that came with iPhone 6 plus

Whenever I use the iPhone 6 plus mail program it will show my full name when sending a email to someone. How do I stop this from happening? and have it just show my first name? Thank you

I believe the iphone uses what it sees in contacts. Just remove your last name.

Which account is the one that's set up on your iPhone? The sender information of a Gmail or iCloud account can be edited in the account settings on your iPhone.

Hi J.. A. It's my iCloud account that I am using

Go into settings>Mail, contacts, calendars>accounts>Icloud. And tell it what to call you.
But as I said previously, mine seems to use what I have under my info in contacts.
