My iPhone is messin up real bad

I've only had my iPhone 4 for about a month & half, and I'm already having problems with it. Sometimes it randomly, completely closes out of apps, internet, camera, ect. When I'm on Safari a lot of the time the text doesn't fit the screen properly. What I mean by that is the text runs off the page & I can't scroll right to see it, it completely cuts off. I am on the latest iOS.
I have completely restored my phone/factory reset it & it's still an issue. Worse actually (more frequently).
A lot of my friends have iPhones and I've asked them if they had the same issues, & they haven't. So I'm thinking it's just my phone.
Should I contact Asurion/Verizon & see if they will send me a new one?

can't hurt,don't think you should be having those problems,you could also give Apple a ring and see what they think.

Yeah take it to Apple store and try to reproduce those messing up in front of them, they will find a way to help you for sure.
