My iPhone 4s randomly boots into safemode

My iPhone 4S randomly boots into safemode. Its done this the 3rd time I've had it. Im running iOS 6.0.1 and I'm jailbroken. Any ideas of how to fix the issue?

Ive tried resetting the phone by holding the power/standby button and main button.

Check for incompatibilities.

Incompatibilities would be the only thing causing it?

The only time your device boots into Safe Mode is from an incompatible tweak, most likely one that uses MobileSubstrate as a dependency. In no other scenario would your device be in Safe Mode unless you manually put it into Safe Mode

I'm running crash reporter. How can I tell what is causing the crash into safe mode?

Ok, and how would i know what tweak is causing the phone to randomly boot into safe mode? Is there an app that can tell you like the guy mentioned above me.
