(iFunBox) caused an infinite boot loop. HELP. HELP

Hi, I am thehen101 and this is my first post.

I was running iOS 6.1.3 happily, when I was using iFunBox to move around some files. I accidentally randomly moved a couple of folders, including the applications folder in var\mobile, which I have now located and moved back. My application icons dissapeared, and no user installed app would start. My iPod was jailbroken untethered. It just sits there, infinite boot looping, and I have tried everything (it will still go into DFU mode). I have used TinyUmbrella, I also tried to restore but got the error code 3194, and have no idea what to do. If it helps, I can still access my ipod in iFunBox whne it is boot looping for about 2 minutes.

See if booting into safe mode works.

And only the old bootrom 3GS is untethered on 6.1.3. The 4 and iPod Touch 4th gen as well as new bootrom 3GS are tethered but semi tethered at best
