    Welcome to iPhone Forums!

I’ve removed your other threads. Keeping the discussion to one thread only is more likely to provide a solution.

Before we can help, please answer a few questions:
Is this an “old” (you’ve already used it before this problem arose) or a new SIM card? Did you purchase the iPhone from someone else, or is it in your possession since quite some time ago? What did you try before posting on this forum, in order to get it working again?

Try removing the SIM card and inserting it again. That might help. Otherwise, please give a more detailed description of your issue.

I bought it from someone who once lived in the USA and now in Ghana.

Did you remove the SIM card and reinsert it?
Are you trying to set up this device?

The iPhone has to be unlocked by the carrier it’s locked to. Do you know which carrier?

It also may not be compatible with the cellular carrier you are trying to connect with in Ghana, here are the bands it works with:

    Cellular and wireless

    UMTS/HSDPA (850, 1900, 2100 MHz)

    GSM/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)
