No, there is currently no unlock for the iPhone4S hardware or software.

The Vold Miracle SIM has only been said to work on the iPhone4 iOS5 baseband though, so far there has been no announcement of an unlock for the iPhone4S iOS5 baseband, MuscleNerd has been making some progress on a software unlock, although I doubt it will be done any time soon.
