Mute breaker app

Hello,

I have question. Is there any app that allow you to choose some contact that mute mode is not apply on? For ex. if you wife text you during meeting and you know that will be urgent,so you need that sms will ring... or if night guard will call you during night in case of robbery and you know that he will never call you in any other situation so you need his number to get trought mute mode
