Must have on Cydia?

Jailbroke my phone... Now what? I have no idea what to do now? What are some must haves and why?

When I first jail broke my device I used YouTube that really helped. "top Cydia apps" "top Cydia tweaks" "top Cydia themes" ect.

And with a quick search on the forum here about "top 5 cydia apps" or "top 4 cydia app" etc... You will be able to find threads with cydia apps/tweaks which you might want to install on your iPhone.
