Can't see Cydia tweak settings in Settings

I jailbroke my 5s with Evasi0n7 with no problems. But encountering problems with Activator and cannot see any Cydia tweak settings in Settings after that installation.

Would appreciate some help or advice on what to do. Thanks.

Make sure you have Cydia Substrate 0.9.5000 installed. Respring or reboot and see if your tweaks are there.
