Mu phone froze & only has the apple & wont do anything not even a hm screen help help

did you jailbreak? what firmware are you on? what did you do before you powered down the phone?

It sound like a tether jailbreak. What do you see on the screen? The white Apple logo? If yes, then connect the phone to your computer and use whatever tool you've used to jailbreak it to boot tether again.
