Why don't you install 4.3.3 and use rednow to jailbreak and add multitouch gestures that way...?
the thing is that my iphone is not factory unlocked and i'm afraid if i updated to 4.3.3 and JB it will tether or be stuck on the apple logo if i rebooted or something. my 4.2.1 is JB using greenpoison and redsnow later.. can i do the same steps on 4.3.3?
U messed up everything here. I can try to understand what u are trying to say some how.
1-) If your phone is not factory unlock, it doesn't mean that after jailbreaking, your phone will be tethered or stuck on apple logo, it simply means that you will have to unlock your phone after jailbreaking. A non factory unlock phone means that your phone is not capable to be use with any carrier, anywhere in the world, it means that you are just able to use the phone with only one carrier, and to overpass that limitation of carrier, that's why there is a jailbreaking then an unlocking.
2-) You can not jailbreak your phone with greenpoison then with redsnow. You either jailbreak it using greenpoison, either using redsnow.
3-) you can find out what's the baseband of your phone, and make sure it's factory is not factory unlock or not. Google or ask on the forum if your baseband can be unlock with the latest iOS 4.3.3 if yes your baseband can be unlock, there is no worries about jailbreaking. You will have to use only one tool at a time to jailbreak your phone redsnow, greenpoison or snowbreez.
