Mms video looks really bad!

Is there a way I can send video from my iPhone to any phone and it looks good? Even the free phones do a better job at mms messaging!

Use whatsapp but your contacts also need to have whatsapp app installed in their devices. The quality end up being bad because of the compression of the video before the sending process. Whatsapp work great but only can send a 45seconds videos.
