Memory Problem in iPhone 4

I am having problems copying movies to mobile. It shows 11 Gb free. And when i copy a movie of size around 1 Gb or so it shows Disk not free ?
what should i do ?

I would suggest a full backup and then a full restore. That will reset the file allocation table.
