mail attachments

Can someone help me out here please. I have just noticed that when I receive an email with an attachment (eg. jpeg image) I am unable to open the attachment. All I get is a blue coloured question mark.
Can somebody tell me how to fix this.

Hi, I have a similar problem. Half of the photos in my photo album turned into blue boxes with a question mark in the box. Does anyone know why this happened & more importantly how to get my photos back?

You are not having good Internet connection. Also make sure by opening your mail box on your computer that the attachment are good ones, now you will need wifi connection to download the pictures in the email by taping once on the attachment.
