Mail app crash due to effective power

Hi guys,

So I heard the effective power message causes problems when send to an iPhone using iMessage or Whatsapp. So I sent it to my gf, via e-mail so her iPhone wouldn't crash but to still have the shock effect on her. She opened her hotmail using the standard mail app of iOS, but now it keeps crashing. I already tried turning the iPhone off and on, but it won't help. She already deleted the e-mail using her desktop computer. Still the mail app crashes.

Can you please help me? She's really pissed at me right now.

She should try deleting the email account and setting it up again.
