Lost some default apps and jailbroken apps

hello,

im using a jailbroken iphone 4s 6.1.2. I uninstall some app from cydia (transparent status bar, clear screen, hide clock), then it told me to reboot. After that I lost my phone, calendar, calculator, gallery, message, itunes, setting, cydia, winterboard, and few more cant remember them. I even scroll to the left and search, and still nothing. I'm super lost, and dont know what to do. I didnt save my blob or anything like that. I do see the files in the root while usng iExplorer. help please!!

Try putting it into Safe mode and see f they're visible again

safe mode didnt work either, when i drop down the sbsetting it crashes.

Manual safe mode. Turn the device off completely. Boot up while holding the volume up button and keep holding it until you're at the springboard.

Once you're in safe mode, if you see it, then most likely it's an app that's causing a conflict. You'd have to remove that tweak/app for your device to function properly.
